I trained to be a gourmet chef at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto, under the supervision of gourmet chefs Michael Bonacini and Marc Thuet. After many years as a chef, I became a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. In addition, I have written a book discussing the interrelationship between the gut, the brain, and disease.
